Burning hydrogen in the chamber means you’ve reduced the amount of high energy gasoline by taking up some space with low energy hydrogen, thus losing horsepower. There is only a small amount of water that you need. I see Shell has jumped onto it in Iceland and they are making it use a huge amount of water and HHO so you need to pay to top up. This way here it re uses it over and over, you will need to clean the water every 2-6months depending on how much you drive.
